If you are looking for a blog that’s chock full of inspiring DIY projects, amazing photography and a hostess-with-the-mostest attitude… move on.  There are admittedly better places on the web to find this.

I’ve come to terms with the fact that, despite serious effort and denial, I am not perfect.  I’m pretty great at some things and not so good at others, but I’m never ashamed to admit it.  I love design (and do it for a living) and find inspiration everywhere I look.  Sometimes I capture it and sometimes it just floats into the sea of ideas that get stored until one day when they randomly pop back up.  This is how I like it.

I’m a natural homebody. I love taking care of my home and I love the constant rotation of beautiful things I get to play with thanks to owning an online store.  My favorite room is the kitchen even though I don’t cook and I’m obsessed with food and kitchenware.

Everything I write has to do with living an inspired life.  I believe it’s all connected – design, food, home, health and relationships – and it centers around the home, where you live the best moments of your life.  Please know that my sense of humor is dry and I think I’m hilarious.  Usually I try to appeal to a wider audience than myself, but you just never know.  If you’re still reading this, you’ll probably enjoy my blog.
